Reina Tanaka recently announced that she has given birth to her first child.
The former Morning Musume member shared the good news on 18 November with a photo of her holding her newborn whose face was covered from view, writing, “Reina Tanaka is now a mother.”
“At first I didn’t know what time to sleep, and I didn’t even know when to wake up and wash my face. I’m picking up the pace. Now I can sit and sleep while holding the baby,” she added.
Reina also said that she now takes naps whenever she can, so she is no longer sleep deprived as she was in the beginning.
The singer also said that she would love to get more advice from senior mums, especially on how to dress her child during the colder season.
It was back in July that Reina revealed that she was getting married and was expecting her first child.
“It’s always been my dream to become a mother, so I’m really happy!” she said, writing about the anxiety and joy that lie ahead. “I’m sure there will be a lot of things that I can’t imagine, so I’m a little anxious, but I’m also filled with excitement.”
