Following Adele’s very touching post about her hero Celine Dion, the Canadian singer took to social media to reciprocate the feelings.
On 2 November, the songstress took to Instagram to share a different version of a photo of their meeting at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, where Celine had gone to see Adele in action.
She posted, “Adele, we are so grateful to you for welcoming me and my family back to the Colosseum for your amazing show! Your performance was spectacular, your production was so beautiful. We loved seeing you and hearing you sing… it was such an emotional night for us all.”
“Your music has had such an impact on my life, it is so important to me, especially over these last few years. I’m so happy for you, I wish for all your dreams to come true, for you to be doing what you want to do, for taking a little break,” she added.
Celine also praised the British singer for being “in a class by yourself” and wishes her all the best.
It is noted that Adele previously admitted that she said yes to doing her Vegas Residency at the said venue because of Celine, seeing that the place was built for her.
