Liam Payne had multiple drugs in system prior to death

Toxicology test results have indicated that former One Direction member Liam Payne had multiple drugs in his system at the time of his death.

A partial autopsy found that among the substances in his body included “pink cocaine”, a recreational drug that typically is a mix of several drugs including methamphetamine, ketamine, MDMA and others.

In addition, the police also found an improvised aluminum pipe that was allegedly used to ingest drugs in his hotel room in Palermo, Buenos Aires.

Liam was revealed to have died of multiple traumas after falling off the balcony of his third-floor hotel room on 16 October. His body will remain in Argentina until the autopsy is completed.

It is noted that hotel staff had contacted the police prior to Liam being found dead, saying that he was behaving erratically and asked for urgent assistance.

The singer had a seven-year-old son Bear with former partner Cheryl Cole. He was 31.
