Prime Video has announced the upcoming release of “Spice Up Our Love”, a two-episode spin-off from the popular series “No Gain No Love.” This romantic comedy will feature Lee Sang-yi and Han Ji-hyeon reprising their roles from the original series.

The spin-off will be available to Prime Video subscribers in over 240 countries and territories starting October 3.

In this new storyline, Han Ji-hyeon’s character Nam Ja-yeon, known as a successful R-rated web novelist in “No Gain No Love,” finds herself living as the protagonist of her own creation. Lee Sang-yi returns as her love interest, offering fans more of the couple’s endearing chemistry.

“Spice Up Our Love” takes an imaginative twist on the original series’ premise. In “No Gain No Love”, Nam Ja-yeon encounters Bok Gyu-hyun (Lee Sang-yi) when she presses charges against him for writing malicious comments on her web novel. However, in “Spice Up Our Love”, Nam Ja-yeon ends up turning herself as her web novel’s main character, Seo Yeon-seo, who is a nutritionist at a company called GB Electric while Bok Gyu-hyun transforms into her male lead character, Kang Ha-jun, the CEO of GB Electric.

The plot humorously unfolds as Seo Yeon-seo attempts to escape her fictional world and return to reality, all while Kang Ha-jun persistently pursues her affections.
