One need not wait for Ge Xiaoqian to respond to Zhang Yuqi (aka Kitty Zhang) camp’s clarification about her cheating allegation, as she has now posted a long message on Weibo to question the actress’ defence.
On 12 September, not a few hours after Kitty’s rep shared a screenshot of a text message with entrepreneur Yuan Bayuan, who denied that his ex-wife Kitty was a third party to his relationship with Ge prior to their marriage, Ge took to the platform and claimed that the actress’ team is making up stories again.
“This agreement was signed by him between September 1 and September 7, 2016 (to be precise, it should be September 4). The colours and handwriting of the two pens are different. He wrote the signing date at the end of the contract as April, thinking that he and I broke up in April. I happened to be on a business trip abroad from September 1 to September 7. When I returned home, I found that he had signed this new document without informing me,” she shared.
Ge continued, “Specific evidence includes: He personally admitted that the contract was signed in September. In order to deny that his and my timelines overlap, he was able to do such a disgusting thing.”
She also stressed that she has evidence in a form of videos, including the CCTV of her being at their home, records of her taking a taxi from their home to the airport on the morning of 1 September, and the fact that Yuan, his family and Ge herself went on a vacation at the Zhejiang Hot Spring at the end of August.
“If I had broken up with him a long time ago, and I was the tenant of the house, why did the man still live in it? Why didn’t he move to the Jinan Road Serviced Apartment?” she asked.
As to Yuan denying that he was married prior to his marriage to Kitty, Ge said that the two of them agreed not to get married while they were together as he was in debt and that not being his wife meant that she will still be debt-free even if he goes bankrupt.
“So this is why he has been denying his relationship with me, but there are photos of me and him living together for so many years on the Internet. I was also at his company’s annual meeting in 2016. The other party’s testimony was all to stagger the timeline,” she added.
