ERROR member Denis Kwok (also known as 193), recently took to social media to confirm reports that he had accidentally knocked down a woman while reversing his Ferrari earlier this week, though denied it to be a hit and run.

Sharing the information on Instagram Story after a dashcam video from someone else’s car that showed the incident went viral, Denis said that while he did accidentally knock the woman down, he immediately got out of the car to check on her and apologised.

“I also asked if I needed to call the police or send her to the hospital. The woman said it was fine and there was no need.”

Neither party reported the incident to the police.

Despite his clarification, the singer was still blasted online, with netizens saying that he should have taken her to the hospital nevertheless to get her examined.

Denis responded again on 20 August, writing that it was the first time such a thing happened and that he didn’t know how to deal with it when it occurred.

“What I fear most is seeing false reports online saying that I ignored her. For example, the video would be cut at the beginning and end, so that people who care about me will see this false information and will be unhappy or even argue with others. So, I immediately backed up the dash cam in the car after I got off work last night to show everyone that as soon as I stopped the car, I rushed out to check on the said woman,” he wrote.

Denis also said that he has handed over the issue to his lawyer and the police, and will not respond further.
