Fan Chengcheng has recently addressed rumours of new romance with Chinese singer-actress Zhou Jieqiong.

As reported on Oriental Daily, the relationship rumours sparked after Fan, who has been romantically linked to Ouyang Nana for a while now, was recently photographed having dinner with his friends, but seemed to hold his attention the most with a long-haired woman.

During the meal, it was reported that Fan kept helping to fix her hair while she continued to eat and they were acting chummy together.

Netizens who saw the pictures immediately speculated that the woman is Zhou, the former member of the K-pop group IOI.

In response to the rumour, his studio immediately responded, “Chengcheng is currently concentrating on the filming of a movie, and during the break between filming, he had a private dinner with many friends and childhood friends outside the circle.”

“We are very sorry for occupying public resources and triggering everyone’s discussion and speculation. We look forward to seeing new works soon,” they added.

Meanwhile, Zhou simply denied the rumours with a simple “No”.
