BLACKPINK’s Jennie has won her first international acting award for her performance in the HBO series, “The Idol”.

The singer, who plays Dyanne in the highly controversial series co-created by The Weeknd, won her first acting accolade, Best Actress in an International Series, at Brazil’s SEC Awards.

It is noted that Jennie’s involvement in the series did not come without controversies, with some fans questioning daring scenes that they deemed unsuitable for Jennie’s younger fans.
