Stephen Fung has revealed that he has several projects in hand during an appearance at a banking-related event.
As reported on Mingpao, the filmmaker, who made a rare appearance in Central on 6 November, stated that he has just finished filming a TV series and is now preparing to direct and star in the third instalment of his hit movie, “Gen-X Cops”.
“I am still currently writing the script right now, and I hope to start filming next year,” he said.
Asked if he would invite Hungarian engineer András István Arató, most known as the face of the “Hide the Pain Harold” meme, whom he met at an event a few days ago, Stephen laughed and said that he liked the proposal.
As for his other projects, the filmmaker stated that he was originally scheduled to direct an American TV series, but that it has been delayed due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike in Hollywood.
“Even if the strike ends, the casting schedule will have to be changed again,” he added.
