Show Lo recently got teary-eyed during his concert as he thanked his manager for all that she has done for him.
As reported on Oriental Daily, on the second day of his “EVOLUTION” concert at the Taipei Arena, he halted a performance of his song for a while, saying that he forgot to thank Kini Hsu, also known as Xiao Shuang, and thanked her for her good work.
Show said that when he first started his career, he had no money and had to rely on his manager to eat and pay the rent.
“I once told her that when I become popular, I will make sure she would not lose anything. I told her that I would give her a lot. But she gave me a look like she thought that would be impossible,” he said.
The singer stated that many friends left him when the 2020 scandal broke out, after his then-girlfriend, social media influencer Grace Chow accused him of cheating on her with multiple women throughout their relationship. However, his manager remained.
“Thank you for not leaving me. Although we argue all the time, I really think of you as a family. Thank you,” he added.
