Miss Hong Kong alumna and TVB artiste Kayan Choi recently announced that she is now engaged to be married.
On 10 July, the 29-year-old “Barrack O’Karma 1968” actress shared the good news on Instagram with several photos from the proposal made by boyfriend Derek, which happened in front of the Fontaine des Mers in Paris.
She expressed, “Happy to announce, YES I Do! On our 7th year together, we decided to get married.”
“My fiancé, the one I want to spend the rest of my life with, thank you for always protecting me, giving me all the love and strength, and showing me more beauty in this world. Meeting you, staying with you, and building our future with you is the greatest blessing in my life,” she expressed.
She then added, “Kayan is getting married, neither too late nor too early! Everything is just right! Looking forward to our future!”
In an interview, Kayan said that she has already seen Derek as her partner for life when they entered their third year of relationship. The wedding will be held at the end of the year.
