Taiwanese actor Joseph Ma recently announced that he is now married.
On 18 April, the 52-year-old actor shared a photo of him and his wife, writing, “2023.4.18. Today at noon, with my parents as my witness, I completed a life event.”
“Officially promoted to husband starting today,” he added.
Speaking to the media soon after, Joseph stated that he actually planned to register the wedding before May, but decided to expedite the process as he has a busy schedule.
“It happens that that day I was free and it was a good day. So, we registered,” he added.
Joseph stated that the first time he met his wife, who is said to be in her early 30s, he was deeply attracted to her personality and immediately decided that he will one day marry her.
As for the wedding plan, Joseph stated that they will plan for a wedding banquet that will be held in 2024.
In a previous report, it is said that Joseph’s wife is a teacher who teaches Korean language in Taiwan, and that they have been in a stable relationship for more than a year after being introduced by a mutual friend.
