Yes, your dreams are finally coming true, as Netflix is now turning its hit Korean series, “Squid Game” into a real competition.
Without all the killings, that is.
On 15 June, the streaming giant announced on social media that it is now looking for contestants to join “Squid Game: The Challenge”.
According to its casting website, “With the largest cast in reality TV history, 456 real players will enter the game in pursuit of a life-changing cash prize of $4.56 million. Do you have what it takes to win Squid Game?”
“For this round, the Front Man is in search of English-language speakers from any part of the world. The stakes are high, but in this game the worst fate is going home empty-handed.”
Interested individuals can register to join the competition at SquidGameCasting.com.
Not much is being revealed about the upcoming reality show, or whether or not the giant (and scary!) doll will be featured as well, but it is safe to say that the $4.56 million cash prize is currently the largest cash prize ever offered in reality TV history.
