Jay Chou had fans worried for his health, after he shared a photo of an IV line on one of his arms.
On 7 April, the Taiwanese star shared the said photo on Instagram and wrote, “Not sure if it was a panic attack or a heart problem, which caused breathing issues and numbness of the arm.”
“Any doctors here can give me an advice?” he added.
Fans and friends alike took to the comments to express their concern over Jay’s health, with JJ Lin writing, “I believe it’s going to be fine. We all need to take care of our bodies.”
On the other hand, Jay’s record label JVR Music has not responded to questions, reportedly trying to get information about the situation.
Although his current condition is still a mystery, it is noted that Jay has suffered from ankylosing spondylitis since the age of 18, a rare type of arthritis that causes pain and stiffness in one’s spine.
