Bela Padilla recently revealed that she will be returning to the Philippines soon to promote her directorial debut, “366”.
As reported on Push, the actress shared the good news at her solo virtual press conference for the said movie, saying that she will be home in April to promote with co-star Zanjoe Marudo and JC Santos.
“But for now, this is my home base, so I will return here after April,” she said, referring to her new home in London.
It is noted that Bela moved to the United Kingdom in September last year, though denied that it would be a permanent move.
Bela also said that when she returns, she will also continue filming her movie, “Spellbound” with Marco Gumabao, which halted in March 2020 due to the pandemic.
Asked how she has been since moving to London, Bela stated that she is comfortable despite living alone.
“I don’t have a driver here, I don’t have an assistant. So, I’m back to basics now. I do everything myself and enjoying it. I have always been quite independent but I think this complete aloneness is new to me. But I’m liking it,” she said.
