…for more images from the upcoming Season 2 of Netflix’s hit Regency Era inspired show, “Bridgerton”!
On 10 January, Shondaland and Netflix took to social media to share more photos from the upcoming season, reminding fans to “prepare the carriages”, as the show will be returning on 25 March.
Among the images released include the new female protagonist Kate Sharma being in the centre during a hunt activity, one with sister Edwina being courted by Anthony Bridgerton during a ball, and another of the two sisters together.
Fans of the two besties Eloise and Penelope will also be excited to get the first look of the two seemingly discussing something important (is it about Lady Whistledown again?), as well as last season’s main protagonist Daphne alongside Anthony. No news as to what role the sweet Daphne will play in the story this season, seeing that her husband the Duke of Hastings won’t be around following the departure of its actor, Rege-Jean Page.
The second season will revolve around the eldest of the Bridgerton siblings, Anthony (Jonathan Bailey), as he falls for the antagonising Kate Sharma (Simone Ashley) while courting the younger Sharma sister Edwina (Charithra Chandran).
