After surprising many by her marriage last week, Ariana Grande recently blessed fans and followers alike with photos from the said private wedding.
On 27 May, the pop star shared several posts on Instagram of her wedding to real-estate agent Dalton Gomez, which was held in a low-key affair at her home in Montecito, California, captioning 5.15.21 to mark the date of the wedding.
Ariana was revealed to have worn a Vera Wang Haute, after designer Vera Wang promised to design and make a wedding dress for Ariana a few years ago when the two ladies collaborated at the Met Gala. The end result was a custom lily white empire waist column gown with a plunging back and a bra-strap closure that suited the singer’s style – and worn with her shoulder-length bubble veil with the satin bow at the top.
Her ensemble was also revealed to have been styled in reminiscent to Audrey Hepburn’s character Jo Stockton in “Funny Face”.
In a previous statement, Ariana’s rep revealed that the ceremony was an intimate affair attended by less than 20 close friends and family members. Mother Joan and father Ed Butera walked her down the aisle to give her away to Dalton Gomez as they made a new life as husband and wife.
It is noted that the couple started dating back in January 2020 and were engaged in December the same year.
