Malaysia’s alternative rock band A.C.A.B, known for its skinhead affiliations, is set to hold their 30th anniversary concert as a way to end their journey in music.

The upcoming show, titled “30th A.C.A.B Final Concert”, will be held in Zepp Kuala Lumpur on 21 December, and will be themed “Bring Back the Bootboys”. This symbolises the band’s style and image during the peak of their career.

The concert will also unite all original members of the band, with a special performance from European band, Haymaker.

According to frontman Megat Hafiz, he and the band members will celebrate their 30 years journey at the concert before going their own separate ways.

“Some people asked us, why must we disband? The answer is, A.C.A.B has achieved its goal in the local music arena by uniting listeners from various backgrounds,” he said. “Thank you all for the support. I hope to meet everyone in celebrating A.C.A.B for the last time.”

The band promises a setlist that includes 37 songs from various albums such as “Eastern Oi!”, “Skinhead 4 Life”, “Orang Timur”, “Bangun” and “This Is The ACAB”.
