After tirelessly promoting their upcoming concert in Malaysia, it was revealed that Indonesian band Cokelat will not be performing in Malaysia after all.
The news was confirmed by organiser, Tanjak Global Services, saying that they had no choice but to cancel the concert due to unforeseen circumstances.
“This was a mutual decision by us and by Cokelat. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by this decision,” the company stated.
A full refund will be distributed to all ticket holders soon.
It was back in June that the band, consisting of Kikan (vocalist), Edwin (guitar), Ernest (guitar), Ronny (bass) and Ervin (drums) announced that they would perform in Kuala Lumpur in September this year, 14 years since their last show in the country.
The band even came to Malaysia to promote the concert, performing their hit song “Karma” for fans on the entertainment programme, “MeleTOP” as well as going on radio shows.
