Tank’s camp recently expressed their apology over the backlash the singer received due to what was perceived by some as a lacklustre performance at his recent show.
As reported on Oriental Daily, speaking to the media about the singer’s condition, his agent said, “The audience’s criticisms are all feedback of personal subjective feelings. Tank is willing to humbly accept and seriously review any opinions.”
It is noted that some concertgoers were unhappy that a lot of the songs performed at the event were partly sang by the fans as Tank was experiencing nervousness and physical discomfort.
The singer, who has a hereditary heart disease, was even seen grasping his chest with his hand while performing “Personal Angel”, and had to be helped by fans in completing the song.
One fan alleged that Tank’s comeback concert was just to make money and “to sell feelings”.
Meanwhile, other fans expressed their support for the singer, with some hoping for an additional show to his concert. However, his agent said that there is no plan to add more shows and that Tank will focus now on releasing a new album.
