Philip Ng assured that he is fine following the recent incident involving a fan of his new movie, “Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In”.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who attended the audience appreciation event alongside his co-stars Raymond Lam, Tony Wu, and German Cheung, share with the media that he is doing well and that the said fan was just “too immersed” with the movie.

“He might have thought that I was the real Wong Gau. That means I had a breakthrough in my acting. I learned a lot through this incident. Friends and netizens were all concerned about me, which made me very happy,” he said.

Philip also hopes that everybody will watch the movie and give his character Wong Gau some attention.

In an incident that had since gone viral on social media, a male audience was invited on stage to interact with Philip. However, during a demonstration of his martial arts technique, the said audience suddenly decided to show off his own “technique” and kicked Philip on his leg.

No such demonstration was held again during the latest event.
