After previously having to halt their 2022 tour due to the tragic LCD monitor accident, whereupon a huge video screen fell on stage and injured dancer Mo, MIRROR recently announced that they are now back in tour.
As reported on Mingpao, the 12-member group is set to launch their 2024 tour, “Mirror Feel the Passion” in Hong Kong starting from mid-January to 3 February at the AsiaWorld Arena, before moving on to other locations.
These include Macau, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, London, Manchester City, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
Asked if the members are ready for the feat, group leader Lokman Yeung stated that they have been working on their physical fitness for the first 16 shows in Hong Kong.
“We are working hard. There are group dances and there will be lots of surprises,” he said.
As to whether the stage has any mechanisms, Lokman responded, “Safety is the first priority. The company wants it to be as simple and as safe as possible and focus only on the performers’ charm,” he said.
Asked if they will invite Mo, the dancer who was severely injured in the previous concert, the singer said that they will make arrangements with the company.
