It’s been seven months since she ended her contract with TVB, and Natalie Tong is loving every single moment of it.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress shared as much when she appeared alongside her “The Invisibles” co-star Kenneth Ma at a promotional event recently, saying that she gained a lot of experience being a freelance artiste.
“Although I have to negotiate all the work myself, I am proud of it and enjoy it very much,” she said. “I have been in contact with several companies for commercials and I will continue to cooperate with various artistes in the future.”
As for her remuneration, Natalie said that she didn’t even have to do much work on that part, as everybody that she’s been in contact with has given her good offers.
“I am grateful to all the love,” she added.
On the other hand, co-star and good friend Kenneth Ma admitted to be envious of the actress’ freedom, and hopes to one day shoot a commercial with Natalie.
“We can play siblings. I wouldn’t even mind playing father and daughter as long as we can shoot a commercial,” he joked.
