It was revealed that Ji Chang-Wook and Shin Hye-Sun are in talks to star in a new JTBC drama.

Confirming the news to the media, the respective actors’ reps stated that the two did receive offers to play their roles in the new drama, titled “Welcome to Samdalri”, though added, “It hasn’t been decided yet. We are reviewing it.”

The upcoming project will be helmed by “When the Camellia Blooms” director Cha Young-Hoon, with script by Kwon Hye-Joo (“Hi, Bye Mama”).

The drama was described to be about “a hero who seems like a dragon ascending to heaven, crashing to earth after losing everything and regaining his breath.”

It is said that the “Welcome to Samdalri” side has completed the casting process and is organising the schedule with the goal of broadcasting this year.
