“Deleter” emerged the big winner at the Metro Manila Film Festival, bagging seven accolades overall.
The movie, which stars Nadine Lustre and helmed by Mikhail Red, won in the major categories including Best Director, Best Actress, as well as Best Picture.
The film stars Nadine as an online content moderator, whose life changed after she deletes a suicide video made by a co-worker.
Meanwhile, in second place for the most awards went to “Nanahimik Ang Gabi”, which received five in total including third Best Picture, Best Actor for Ian Veneracion, and Best Supporting Actor for Mon Confiado.
