CNBLUE’s Kang Min-Hyuk has been cast in the upcoming Netflix series, “Celebrity”.

In an announcement made by the streaming giant on 26 May, it was revealed that the drummer will be joining the likes of Park Gyu-Young, Lee Chung-Ah, Lee Dong-Gun, and Jun Hyo-Sung in the upcoming production.

The drama, to be helmed by “Flower of Evil” director Kim Chul-Gyu, will revolve around Seo Ah-Ri (Park), who finds out the true nature of celebrities when she enters a world where people become rich by just being famous.

In the drama, Kang will play the role of a cosmetic company CEO who is charmed by Seo Ah-Ri’s nature.

Kang’s last drama was the 2021 series, “Oh My Ladylord”, co-starring Lee Min-Ki and Nana.

No news yet as to when the drama will be released for the time being.
