Although fans were elated to find out that there will be a sequel to the hit 2021 TVB drama, “Kids’ Lives Matter”, Linda Chung recently stated that there is a high chance that she will not return for the second season.
As reported on Oriental Daily, the actress, who was contacted to respond to news of the sequel, said that she is happy to know that TVB has given a green light for another season, seeing that everybody needs more positivity and encouragement during this tough period.
“I am also grateful to have been contacted to cooperate in some projects. But after discussing it with my husband and everyone, we decided that I should take a break this year to focus on my family,” she added.
Linda also expressed hope that filming will go on smoothly despite the pandemic.
Meanwhile, co-star Kevin Cheng stated that he has been contacted by the producer but that he will only give his answer depending on the filming schedule.
On the other hand, “Kids’ Lives Matter” producer Ben Fong stated that TVB is currently in the process of negotiations with the actors while they complete the story.
