Following the untimely passing of actress Sayaka Kanda, many fans were concerned over her beloved chihuahua, which had been with her for a long time.
Fortunately, ex-husband Mitsu Murata recently assured that he has already taken the responsibility of taking care of the said dog, telling fans on 23 December that he has been preparing for it.
Mitsu had since turned his Instagram account into one featuring the little pet, sharing a variety of the chihuahua’s photos, including of “little accidents” caused by the dog still trying to familiarise itself to new surroundings.
He also posted a video of himself having a moment with the dog on his bed, writing, “I had an unpleasant dream and woke up, but there was a dog right next to me. I immediately recovered.”
The 44-year-old “Kamen Raider” actor tied the knot with singer-actress Sayaka Kanda in 2017, but the marriage only lasted two years. It was back in December last year that Sayaka was found unconscious in the outer garden on the fourteenth floor of a hotel in Sapporo, and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
She was 35.
