Though he rarely gets to see his family due to his hectic schedule, Donnie Yen is never one to forget his children’s birthday, especially when his eldest daughter Jasmine recently turned 18.
On 19 January, the action superstar posted a video chronicling all the many home videos of Jasmine singing and dancing from as early as nine to celebrate the special day.
“Happy Birthday to my beautiful, sweetest baby girl, [Jasmine]. Can’t believe time flew by and just too quickly, YOU are officially 18!!! Love you soooo much!” he wrote. “Baba and Mama wish you all the happiness the future ahead, go share your amazing talents, be happy, be heathy and be that amazing YOU!”
On the other hand, wife Cissy Wang also shared a video from Jasmine’s 18th birthday celebration, as well as several old photos of her.
She wrote, “Happy 18th Birthday to my beautiful, sweet, talented and loving Boboni. I can’t believe you are 18!!! Wishing you all the happiness, make healthy choices, take on new, exciting experiences and challenges. Whatever life throws at you, follow your heart, we love you more than life and we are always here for you!! Love you sooooo much Nui!”
