All you Jollibee lovers, assemble! The fast-food chain is now finally opening in West Malaysia.
Jollibee recently announced that it is launching its first West Malaysia store at Kuala Lumpur’s Sunway Pyramid, located opposite AEON Supermarket in the mall’s Blue Atrium in January 2022.
Fans will soon be able to enjoy Jollibee’s bestsellers such as the world-famous Chickenjoy – delicately hand-breaded for a crispy exterior, cooked with precision for maximum juiciness, and marinated to the bone for next-level flavor, the Jolly Spaghetti with its signature sweet-style sauce loaded with chunky slices of beef sausage and generously topped with cheese, as well as the Spicy Chicken Burger which will also be a hit for Malaysians looking for a hot food adventure as it has a chicken fillet marinated with a secret spicy recipe and then coated with fiery breading for an extra-hot crunch.
Founded by Filipino Tony Tan Caktiong, Jollibee is present in over 1,500 locations worldwide, including the first Malaysian outlet in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, which was opened in 2018.
In a previous statement, Jollibee Foods Corporation and its partners stated that they have planned to open at least 120 Jollibee outlets in West Malaysia. The plan will be carried out in a span of 10 years starting from 2022.
