After a supposedly nationwide search, the hit British series “The Crown” has finally found its Prince William…
…among its cast members, that is.
It was reported that 13-year-old Senan West, son of actor Dominic West, will be playing William to the latter’s Prince Charles in the fifth season of the said show, though he will only appear in the later episodes of the season.
This casting will also mark his television debut.
It is noted that Dominic West takes over the role as Prince Charles from Josh O’Connor, who played the younger version of the said Prince in the fourth season. Meanwhile, Elizabeth Debicki will be portraying Princess Diana, which was played by Emma Corrin in the fourth season.
On the other hand, “Kite Runner” star Khalid Abdalla was revealed to have been cast as Dodi Al-Fayed, Egyptian producer and son of billionaire Mohamed Al-Fayed who died in the tragic accident along with Diana.
Season 5 is scheduled to air in 2022.
