Will there be a future where The Rock and the Fresh Prince battling it out to become the President of the United States?
After Dwayne Johnson expressed his interest in joining politics last month, it was revealed that Will Smith is also thinking of the same thing – though he made no mention as to whether it was the highest seat in the office that he was thinking of.
In an interview with the podcast “Pod Save America”, co-host Jon Favreau asked Smith of his previous light-hearted statement about joining politics and that if he has changed his thoughts about it.
To that, he responded, “I think for now I’ll let that office get cleaned up a little bit and then I’ll consider that at some point down the line.”
“I absolutely have an opinion, I’m optimistic, I’m hopeful, I believe in understanding between people and I believe in the possibility of harmony. I will certainly do my part, whether it remains artistic or, at some point, ventures into the political arena,” he added.
Who knows, maybe we can have President Johnson and Vice President Smith (or vice versa) in the future?
