Milla Jovovich is set to star in a new movie to be helmed by frequent collaborator Paul W.S. Anderson and written by celebrated fantasy author George R.R. Martin.
In the movie titled “In the Lost Lands”, the “Resident Evil” star will play the role of sorceress Gray Alys, who alongside her guide drifter Boyce, is hired by a queen to embark on a quest into the Lost Lands. Alys and Boyce must then “outwit and outfight man and demon in this fable that explores the nature of good and evil, debt and fulfilment, love and loss.”
Boyce will be played by Dave Bautista of “Guardians of the Galaxy” fame.

The movie will also be produced by Anderson, Jovovich, Bautista, as well as Jeremy Bolt and Jonathan Meisner through their production company Dream Bros Entertainment and Constantin Werner.
“In the Lost Lands” is a short story written by Martin and published in Asimov’s “Science Fiction” magazine back in 1985.
