Selena Lee has just returned to Canada to resume shooting her long-delayed TV series, “Blood and Water” only to find out that the local government has declared state emergency.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress recently posted a photo of her quarantining herself in Toronto and having a meal that came from the Japanese sushi bar, Shoushin, writing, “Today the government declared a STATE EMERGENCY, issued a stay home order. My filming might be postponed again! Now this meal makes me feel much much better!”
“No matter the situation, we can always find a way to make the best of it! And the way for me is usually good food!” she added.
It is noted that Selena had missed the 2020 TVB Anniversary Awards in order to return to Canada to resume the shoot, saying that she thought the chances of her winning anything at the awards would be slim.
“Thank you for your support and voting for Dr Man. This is more important than any award… Knowing you is enough, love you all,” she expressed.
It is noted that Selena returned to Hong Kong last year to film the sequel of “Barrack O’Karma” following news that her Canadian series had to be postponed due to the pandemic.
