A few days ago, Tori Kelly posted on her social media that several shows in the European leg of her “Inspired by True Events” world tour have been cancelled.
Another update yesterday revealed that all remaining stops have also been cancelled, which included Singapore.
“I’m really bummed & this is the last thing i wanted to do, but it is necessary. praying for our world right now!” she posted.
The American singer was supposed to be stopping by for her first ever concert in Singapore on 17 April, at Capitol Theatre.
Looks like fans will have to wait for another time to see Tori Kelly live in Singapore. |
Organiser Hype Records also posted on its social media regarding the cancellation and stated that tickets purchased through SISTIC will be refunded in full via the original mode of payment.

The cancellation is, of course, due to the COVID-19 outbreak that has affected countries worldwide. In Singapore, there are 345 confirmed cases reported, of which 221 are active cases while the rest have recovered.
